- Do I have to buy from the catalog to use fulfillment?
- No. Fulfillment is a standalone service. Plenty of accounts send us their own inventory and never place a catalog order.
- What is the cut-off for same-day shipping?
- Orders released by 14:00 local warehouse time ship the same business day, subject to carrier pickup.
- How is storage charged?
- By occupied pallet position per month, billed on actual usage. There is no minimum storage commitment in the first ninety days.
- Can you handle returns?
- Yes. Returns are received, inspected and either restocked, repaired or quarantined according to rules you set per SKU.
