Due to the nature of our wholesale business, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except in cases where the product is received in a defective or damaged condition (see Section 3 for more details).

It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully review all details before placing an order. Velomax LLC, through Velomax Distribution, is not liable for incorrect orders resulting from buyer errors, including but not limited to incorrect product selection, quantity miscalculations, or misunderstanding of product features.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product before purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team for clarification. Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and will be processed accordingly.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.

  3. Retain all original packaging, as it may be required for verification.

Our team will assess the claim, and if approved, we will provide either a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Please note that claims submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.


4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, supplements)

  • Special order or bulk-discounted items

  • Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging


5. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Products

  • Non-Delivery: Velomax LLC is not responsible for refunds or replacements if the order is not delivered due to issues with the third-party seller, carrier delays, or if the item is lost during transit. Buyers must contact the third-party seller or the shipping carrier directly for resolution of these issues.

  • Incorrect Products: If the buyer receives an item that is incorrect or not as described, Velomax Distribution is not responsible for issuing refunds. The buyer must contact the third-party seller directly to resolve issues regarding incorrect or substituted products. We are not liable for discrepancies in the product once it has been shipped by the seller.
