Thank you for choosing Velomax Distribution, operated by Velomax LLC! We are dedicated to facilitating smooth transactions between buyers and sellers. However, please note that Velomax LLC operates solely as a middleman and is not responsible for product fulfillment, delivery delays, lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are dispatched by the seller or carrier. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Role as a Middleman
Velomax LLC, operating through Velomax Distribution, acts solely as a middleman facilitating the purchase and shipping process. We handle the order processing, but the actual fulfillment, shipment, and product quality are managed by third-party sellers. Once the order is dispatched, the buyer assumes responsibility for the delivery process.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Process: While we facilitate the transaction, the delivery process is managed by the third-party seller or carrier. Velomax LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, or lost items once the product has been handed over to the carrier or the seller.
Non-Delivery or Lost Items: If a product is lost, stolen, or not delivered, you must contact the shipping carrier or third-party seller directly for resolution. Velomax LLC will not be liable for such issues.
Delivery Risk: Once the product is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title of the goods passes to you, the buyer.
3. Stock Availability and Prior Sale
Product Availability: All items are subject to availability from third-party sellers. If a product is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify the buyer and provide an updated delivery timeframe.
4. Third-Party Fulfillment (e.g., FBA, Dropshipping)
Fulfillment by Third Parties: Velomax LLC provides order processing and shipping services but does not control the fulfillment process once items are handed over to third-party services, such as Amazon FBA or other fulfillment partners. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the third-party service’s handling of the products.
5. Contacting Us for Shipping Issues
Responsibility of Buyer: If there are shipping delays, lost items, or delivery issues, the buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier or third-party seller directly. Our team can assist by providing relevant contact information, but we are not liable for shipping disputes or issues beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
By placing an order with Velomax LLC, you agree that Velomax LLC’s responsibility is limited to facilitating the transaction between the buyer and the third-party seller. We are not liable for any issues related to the products once they are shipped, including but not limited to lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged goods.
We are also not responsible for any non-delivery or any other issues related to the products after they have been dispatched by the seller or carrier. Any claims or disputes regarding delivery must be resolved directly with the seller or carrier.
