If the order is not picked up within thirty (30) days, Velomax Distribution reserves the right to charge storage fees or cancel the order at our discretion.
2. Shipping and Handling
Velomax Distribution does not guarantee specific delivery timelines, as shipping durations may vary due to carrier policies, destination, and unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss and title of the goods pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
3. Prior Sale and Stock Availability
All goods are offered subject to prior sale. The merchandise may be in stock, en route, or yet to be acquired by Velomax Distribution. In the event an item is unavailable, we will allocate a reasonable timeframe for processing and delivery. Velomax Distribution reserves the right to mark products out of stock at any time.
4. FBA Packaging and Third-Party Fulfillment
For Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders, Velomax Distribution provides packaging for convenience purposes only. We disclaim any liability for damages, delays, or complications that occur once the shipment is handed over to Amazon or any other third-party fulfillment service.
5. Shipping Disputes and Issues
In the event of shipping-related disputes such as delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit, buyers must contact the shipping carrier directly. Velomax Distribution is not responsible for carrier-related issues once the order has been dispatched.
